Our pickup service is available for pets that have passed away within the last 24 hours. If our driver arrives at the pickup location and determines that your pet has been deceased for more than 24 hours, or it is in a advanced state of decomposition, he may refuse the pickup. Service is still available if pet is delivered by the owner to our location. If pick up is cancelled, 50% of the pickup fee will be reimbursed. If the customer decides they don't want the cremation services anymore we will refund 100% of the cost of cremation service and products.
